We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

SHREDDED advises against shipping to APO/FPO addresses as transit time is often delayed and delivery is not guaranteed.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We make every endeavour to deliver an order by the date and/or times requested, however delivery times are estimates only and we will not be liable for any delay in delivery whatsoever.

Please provide us with accurate delivery details, as we cannot accept responsibility for an incorrect delivery due to incorrect details as provided by you. If you provide us with incorrect delivery details:

If your parcel needs to be redelivered or redirected, you will incur additional charges, or

If the parcel is left at the wrong address we will not be able to recover the parcel so a new order will need to be placed by you, incurring full replacement costs.

Furthermore SHREDDED will not accept responsibility for returned parcels due to:

Left address/ unknown
Refused
Unclaimed i.e. absent from your premises for an extended period of time
Invalid or closed military designated unit or zip code
Not located at address provided

If your order is returned for any of the mentioned reasons, SHREDDED will issue you with a store credit, not including any shipping & handling costs associated with your order.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE DURING BLACK FRIDAY? +

We will be working very hard to ensure all orders placed during our Black Friday sale are being processed as quickly as possible. Due to the heavy demand, we've taken all measures available to resource up our pick-pack and fulfilment teams to ensure your order is dispatched as a priority. Instead of our usual 1-2 day dispatch, we expect to dispatch and deliver your order within 6-10 working days. We appreciate your understanding and patience during our busiest season.

HOW LONG IS THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE? +

We haven't confirmed the end time yet. So if you have your eye on a specific item, we recommend buying while stocks last. A lot of sizes are expected to sell out quick, so don't hesitate.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I BUY SOMETHING & IT'S OUT OF STOCK? +

We are doing everything we can to ensure this won’t happen. However, sometimes it’s impossible to avoid with the surge of demand for sought after products over this period. For whatever reason, if the item you purchased is out of stock our support team will be in touch with a swift resolution.

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM BOUGHT FROM THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE? +

All sales on discounted items throughout our Black Friday period are final. We will not be accepting returns, refunds or exchanges for products bought during this period.

CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE? +

Everything will already be discounted, so there's no need for discount codes. Discount codes will also not be valid for the duration of the sale.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER I'VE PLACED IT? +

Our warehouse and customer service teams will be working fast, so please take care to enter all details correctly - changes may not be able to be made due to the high volume of orders and communications we are receiving.

If you have made a mistake on the order itself, it’s best to cancel the entire order and place a new one for the correct items.
