Shipping was quick, even to the US. I am 185lbs with an athletic build and a 33 inch waist.
I have a fairly solid lower body and a big derriere and a Large fit well. Snug but well. I could have gone XL if I had wanted. So if you have a smaller backside, a large will be perfect, if you are on the larger side, think about sizing up.

2nd out of Quads of the Gods Lift in stealth black. Favourite shorts by a mile, with the next closest being the flex shorts. Supremely comfortable, outstanding quality and as always the best customer service from the legends at Stay Shredded.

Was a bit sceptical about the shorts always had dramas considering my thighs are bigger then normal. Its always something that lets it down.
BUT...
Honestly could not fault these shorts one bit. They fit perfect. Inner netting that doesnt squash my bits n pieces. The inside lining of the pockets are great, i know they're short shorts, but other shorts the pocket with your phone or wallet in it would fall down and come out the bottom of your shorts because of the weight... but not these bad boys.
Honesty, genuinely couldnt fault these. 11/10

I have found it hard to find lifting shorts for men that are comfortable and quad length especially for doing squats. I have 4 pairs of the ‘stay shredded’ lifting shorts now and highly recommend them for quality, durability and comfort
